Law graduated with postgraduate degrees in E-Commerce and Insolvency, and Corporate Recovery.
Before founding LFS, Bruno played a key role in advising on public tenders and managing corporate restructuring processes, supporting companies in adapting to new regulatory and market challenges, with a special focus on Corporate Law, Labor Law and Conflict Resolution.
His experience includes designing and implementing mechanisms aimed at optimizing internal processes, being known for his technical rigor and strategic orientation focused on the client and results.
Graduated from the Law School of the University of Lisbon and Postgraduate Degree in Advanced Banking Law.
Before founding LFS, Tiago consolidated extensive experience in advising on corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), real estate transactions and strategic investments, as well as in financial, commercial, and tax optimization and compliance operations, both nationally and internationally, with collaboration in several projects in the Angolan market.
Tiago is known for his ability to negotiate, mediate and resolve conflicts and for his creative legal solutions.
She has a degree in Law, a Master's degree in Business Law and a post-graduate degree in Labor Law and Social Security.
With solid experience in Labor Law and Litigation, Joana Almeida Ferreira provides ongoing advice to national and multinational companies from various sectors, including the support and strategic management of human resources and the resolution of labor disputes.
Her practice includes conducting due diligence processes, restructuring and transferring companies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Graduated in Law, has a Master's Degree in Governance and Sustainability of the Sea.
With extensive experience in credit recovery and litigation, he advises clients on strategic dispute resolution matters.
His professional career stands out for its pragmatic and efficient approach to defending clients' interests, combining solid technical knowledge with the ability to find effective solutions to complex legal challenges.
